Request Maintenance & Repair Services

  • Emergencies: DO NOT SUBMIT INFORMATION VIA THIS FORM. Contact the Service Center immediately at (410) 516-8063, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00pm. After hours, contact Security at (410) 516-4600. Emergencies are defined as situations posing a life safety/health hazard or causing major property damage, including fires, floods, backups, etc.
  • Students: For service in your dorm, please use this form or call (410) 516-7962. For issues on campus, speak with the nearest faculty or staff member in the building. They will coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Staff from East Baltimore and other Johns Hopkins campuses: The form below is for the Homewood Campus. Please call your local Facilities office for maintenance services.
  • Homewood Faculty and Staff: Submit the form below for general maintenance services (ie: HVAC, Electrical, Paint). We have separate forms for Outages, Events and Recycling requests. Please use the appropriate form for the most efficient service. 
 
Please include building and either floor or room number; for exterior requests, note the nearest building.
If your office is in a different location than the service you're requesting, please provide both locations.
 
Cost information is required for Special Requests/Billable Services.
Your request will be held at the Service Center until we receive both your CC/IO/WBS and Fund.
