Lee Coyle’s professional career has spanned 30 years. Before joining JHU, he led design teams that specialized in programming, planning and design through implementation for the many building typologies found in the higher education setting, including projects for academics, scientific research, student life, recreation, and athletics. As a practicing architect, he led design teams responsible for planning, design, and implementation of nearly two million square feet of education space constructed across the United States. Today, he brings a strong knowledge base of best practices for higher education planning and design to the JHU community.
