113 West University Parkway, Integrative Learning and Life Design

Project Description

An 11,000 GSF renovation of the former U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame building into a hub for integrative learning and life design, and new home to the Homewood Career Center, Undergraduate Research, Student Employment Services and Study Abroad programs.   

Contractor mobilization occurred on June 7, 2021 and Demolition and Site activities are under way.  Project completion is scheduled for the end of December 2021.  The structure consists of three levels, comprising approximately 11,000 SF.  A complete interior demolition will make way for new walls and finishes, HVAC, lighting, furnishings and an environmental graphics package.  A new building entrance with glass vestibule will be added and the existing courtyard and parking lot to accommodate 47 vehicles will be upgraded.  New picket fencing, sidewalks, landscaping, storm drains and site lighting will be added.
